Full License Agreement

Last updated: 2025. By purchasing any content, you agree to these terms.

1. Ownership

All content remains the exclusive property of Dion M. Powell ("Licensor"). This Agreement does not transfer ownership. You are purchasing a license to use the content, not the content itself.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased content within the scope defined by your chosen license tier. All licenses allow monetization within the permitted platforms and usage types.

3. Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)

  • You may not claim authorship or copyright ownership of the music
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or upload the music as a standalone audio product
  • You may not register the music with Content ID or any copyright registration system
  • You may not sublicense or transfer these rights to a third party

4. Exclusive Licenses

Exclusive tracks are removed from sale after purchase. A Beat Exclusive is priced at $1,499. A Piano Composition Exclusive is priced at $999. Copyright remains with the producer/composer unless a full copyright buyout is separately agreed upon in writing.

5. Credit

Credit to Dion M. Powell is appreciated but not required under standard license terms. Custom agreements may specify credit requirements in writing.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Refunds are only considered if the file is corrupted and cannot be delivered, or if there is a technical error on our side that cannot be resolved. Before purchasing, please ensure you understand the license you are buying, the product fits your needs, and you have tested the preview.

7. Custom Licensing & Bundles

Bundle deals are available. Subscriptions are not offered at this time. For custom licensing, buyouts, or special agreements, contact us directly via the contact page.
